Reimagining automation for last-mile logistics
ABOUT
Nash is a last-mile logistics platform that helps businesses offer same-day and scheduled delivery through a nationwide driver network. As Principal Product Designer, I worked closely with product and engineering leadership to simplify complex logistics workflows, streamline automation, and create more intuitive tools for merchants managing deliveries at scale.
Responsibilities
I led the design of key platform features, evolved the Nash Design System, and partnered with cross-functional teams to improve the end-to-end experience for merchants and drivers. My work included user journey mapping, prototyping, and system-level design focused on clarity, efficiency, and scalability within high-volume delivery operations.
Project Focus
One of my major contributions was designing Workflows, a complete redesign of Nash’s automation system. I created a visual builder that allows merchants to orchestrate multi-step rules such as assigning orders, routing deliveries, and sending notifications based on real-time conditions. This unified experience replaced fragmented tools and gave businesses a clear, powerful way to automate their delivery operations without technical overhead.
